You don’t have to be fixed to be here.

Whatever version of you showed up today — hungover, high, wired, barely vertical, or somehow completely fine — that’s the one we’re talking to.

We don’t judge, because we’re not exactly in a position to. We sit with the hard parts, we clap for the wins, and the failures don’t get you kicked out either — they’re not a category here, they’re just Tuesday. Not everyone’s trying to quit. Not everyone’s trying to heal, or fix themselves, or become some better-lit version of who they are. Some people are surviving the week. Some are managing it. Some are white-knuckling toward change. Some are just figuring it out as they go, one bad decision at a time.

And some of you are doing exactly what you want to be doing, and you’re fine. Say that a little louder for the people in the back who think that’s not allowed. You don’t owe anybody a redemption arc to belong here — not us, not your family, not the version of you that exists in someone else’s head.

We’re not going to tell you what your life should look like. Frankly, we’ve got enough trouble running our own. What we’ve got instead: straight information, tools built to be useful and honest about their limits, the receipts from having lived through it ourselves, and people around you who’ll respect that it’s your call — not theirs, not ours.

Because the choices are yours either way. The mess is yours either way. We just want to help make sure none of it costs you more than it has to.
